Polar

Connect Polar to M0VE and your finished training sessions come in on their own. Your calories and targets for the day then follow what you actually did. It works the same on iPhone and Android.
What comes through
Finished training sessions. The sport, start time, length, distance, calories, heart rate, and power when it was recorded.
Your weight. M0VE only uses it when Apple Health or Health Connect has no weight for you.
How to connect
Open M0VE and go to Account, then Integrations.
In the Devices group, find the Polar row and tap Connect.
Sign in to Polar Flow and allow access.
You come back to M0VE. The Polar row now says Connected.
How it works
Sessions arrive on their own, shortly after your watch syncs to Polar Flow. There is nothing to import.
Each one shows on the Fuel page as the day's session. It counts in that day's calories and targets.
A Polar session says Data from Polar Ecosystem. That line tells you where the session came from, and the Polar logo shows the connection.
Which sessions come through
Only sessions you upload to Polar Flow after you connect. Polar does not share older sessions.
Sessions added by hand on the Polar Flow website are not shared by Polar either.
Troubleshooting
M0VE says "Polar needs your OK" Polar may ask you to allow data sharing in your Polar account first. Allow sharing in Polar Flow, then tap Connect again.
A session isn't showing Check your watch has synced to Polar Flow. Sessions from before you connected, and sessions added by hand on the Polar Flow website, don't come through.
Disconnecting
Tap Connected on the Polar row. Polar stops sending at once. Past days keep their sessions.
