Calories burned, or training planned

MyFitnessPal reacts to exercise. Log a workout or sync one in, and the calories you burned are added to that day's goal and split across your macros. Premium lets you set different goals for each day of the week.

M0VE plans ahead. It reads what is on your training plan and sets your calories, carbs, protein and fat every morning. Big session today, carbs go up. Rest day, they ease back.

Fuel for the session, not just the day

A carbs per hour target for during a session is not listed for MyFitnessPal. M0VE sets one for every session from its duration, power and sport, adds fluid and sodium per hour, and has gels, chews, bars and drinks built in, so your session fuel takes a few taps.

Where MyFitnessPal wins

MyFitnessPal is free to start, works on the web as well as your phone, and connects with more than 40 apps and devices. If you want a general calorie counter and your training is light, it does that job well.
