M0VE plans your day across six meals: breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, an afternoon snack, dinner and an evening snack. Plenty of people don't eat like that. Some eat three meals. Some skip the morning snack on work days and graze all weekend.
Now you can tell M0VE how you actually eat.
Pick your meals and your times
Go to Settings → Nutrition → Meal pattern. Every meal has a switch and a time. Turn off the ones you don't eat, set the times of the ones you do, and save.
Your day's food is then shared across the meals you kept. Turn off both snacks around lunch and your breakfast, lunch and dinner each get a bigger share. Your daily total doesn't change, only how it's split.
Times set the order too, so if you eat lunch at 13:30 on a Sunday, that's where it sits.
Same every day, or different by day
At the top of the screen you choose:
Same every day. One pattern for the whole week.
Different by day. Tap any day to set its own meals and times. Rest days, work days, long ride Sundays. Once a day looks right, Copy to other days sends it across the week.
A few rules
At least three meals. Fewer than that and each sitting gets more protein than your body can use well, so the last three switches stay on.
Turned-off meals can still be logged into. They're just not planned. Grab a coffee and a pastry at 10:30 on a no-snack day and you can still log it as a morning snack. It shows on your Fuel page as soon as it has food in it.
Session fuel still slots in. Your training fuel and your recovery meal still land around whatever pattern you set.
Why it matters
Your targets are only useful if they look like your day. A 300 kcal morning snack you never eat is 300 kcal missing from the meals you do eat. Meal pattern puts it back where it belongs.
It works with the new nutrition engine: your meals always add up to your day, whatever pattern you choose.
Real Nutrition Wins.
